RHASS were looking for a feature cookery demonstration area in the Food From Scotland hall at the Royal Highland Show which is an annual event. The brief was to design an area for visiting chefs from various Scottish restaurants to come and prepare and cook dishes in front of a seated audience. The event was sponsored by major players in the food and drink sector.
