QMS were looking for a high impact level of branding with private meeting rooms for individual meat producers and also an area for visiting meat products to meet clients. QMS also had to host various ministerial visits. The stand was shared with the Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland (LMC) to achieve economies of scale by sharing facilities ie kitchens, chefs, butchers. THe stand was designed by Go Kart Design.
